Rates: As per Sugar Beach Condominiums, the rates are as follows: High season: December 16 thru April 15 from $1655 per week/$275 per day Low season: April 16 thur December 15 from $1025 per week/$165 per day Occupancy: 4 people maximum, responsible renting party must be adult, no pets allowed. Reservation Policy: Reservations are confirmed with a 25% deposit. Balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival. We require a signed rental agreement. Payment is to be made in US funds by check, money order or wire transfer; credit card payments may be made using Paypal. Cancellation: 30 days or more prior to arrival date, refund less 20% of total rent as admin. fee; 15-30 days prior to arrival, refund less 30% of total rent, as admin fee; less than 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of total rent as admin. fee.
