Holiday Rates:

February 11-21, 2011

Peak Season:
January 4- February 10, 2011                            $290
February 22 - May 1, 2011

Mid-Season:
May 2 - July 5                                                     $225

Summer/Autumn
July 6 - December 17, 2011                                $170

       ***all rates are subject to 8% USVI hotel tax
Bookings over 7 nights may be discounted, contact me for further information          

Occupancy: 4 people maximum, responsible renting party must be adult, no pets allowed.
