Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a signed rental agreement, along with payment of a 25% deposit, and a photocopy of a driver's license for ID. There are no 'holds'-- all dates are considered available for rent until we are in receipt of those two items. Balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival.
A $250 security deposit is collected with final payment, to be refunded a week after departure. Payment is to be made in US funds by check, money order or wire transfer; credit card payments may be made using Paypal. Rates: Our condo is a 2-bedroom/2bath unit, yet we are charging the 1-bedroom deluxe rates (as well as saving you the 10-12% service fee)
Holiday Rates: December 19 -January 3 & February11-21 $299
Peak Season: January 4- February 10 & February 22 - May 1 $275
Mid-Season: May 2 - December 18 $199
***all rates are subject to 8% USVI hotel tax (this rate increases to 10% on January 1, 2012) By booking directly thru the owner you receive lower rates and save the 10-12% service fee imposed by the office plus you will enjoy the personal attention of our property management staff.
Occupancy: 4 people maximum, responsible renting party must be adult, no pets allowed.
