Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a signed rental agreement, along with payment of a 25% deposit, and a photocopy of a driver's license for ID. There are no 'holds'-- all dates are considered available for rent until we are in receipt of those two items. Balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival.
A $250 security deposit is collected with final payment, to be refunded a week after departure. Payment is to be made in US funds by check, money order or wire transfer; credit card payments may be made using Paypal.
Smoking is NOT permitted. Cancellation: 30 days or more prior to arrival date, refund less 20% of total rent as admin. fee 15-30 days prior to arrival, refund less 30% of total rent as admin. fee less than 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of total rent as admin. fee
Rates: Our condo is a 2-bedroom/2bath unit, yet we are charging the 1-bedroom deluxe rates (as well as saving you the 10% service fee)

Peak Season: January 4- May 1 (excluding President's week) $275
Mid-Season: May 2 - December 18 $199
