Reservation  & Cancellation Policy:

Reservations are confirmed upon receipt of a signed rental agreement along with payment of a 25% deposit.  There are no 'holds' - all dates are considered available for rent until we are in receipt of those two tiems. Balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival. 

Payment is to be made in US funds by check, money order or wire transfer; credit card payments may be made using Paypal.

Cancellation: 30 days or more prior to arrival date, refund less 20% of total rent as admin. fee; 15-30 days prior to arrival, refund less 30% of total rent, as admin fee; less than 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of total rent as admin. fee.
