Reservation  & Cancellation Policy:

Reservations are confirmed with a 25% deposit.  Balance is due in full 30 days prior to arrival.  A signed rental agreement must be received with deposit in order to confirm a reservation.

Payment is to be made in US funds by check, money order or wire transfer; credit card payments may be made using Paypal.

Cancellation: 30 days or more prior to arrival date, refund less 20% of total rent as admin. fee; 15-30 days prior to arrival, refund less 30% of total rent, as admin fee; less than 15 days prior to arrival, 50% of total rent as admin. fee.
